Working Principle of Pipe Extrusion Melt Pump

The plastic pipe extrusion melt pump is a positive displacement gear pump installed between extruder and die head. It separates plasticizing and pressure building function, eliminates extruder pressure pulsation, and delivers stable, constant polymer melt to pipe mold.
